A Toorak developer is accused of happening a destructive rampage at an industrial web site in Melbournedestroying vehicles and damaging the property in an act of revenge in opposition to a household enterprise he claims owes him cash.
Video captured of the incident reveals the 56-year-old allegedly driving an excavator onto the Truganina web site on Saturday, ramming into vehicles and bursting a water important.

Police allege the damaging act was deliberate. The person behind the wheel claimed he was owed cash by the enterprise and hadn’t been paid in over a 12 months.
The person was arrested on the scene and brought to the Caroline Springs police station the place he was questioned.
He was charged with felony injury and different associated offences, and bailed to seem on the Sunshine Magistrates Court docket in November.
