Australian university professor held hostage in Papua New Guinea

An Australian college professor has been taken hostage in Papua New Guinea, together with a number of PNG college college students he was working with.

The Australian college professor was a type of taken hostage within the highlands of Papua New Guinea, two sources with direct data of the state of affairs advised Reuters.

The person is an archaeologist who works for an Australian college and was accompanied by a number of Papua New Guinean college students from an area college who had been additionally held hostage.

The professor has not been recognized as a result of sensitivity of the state of affairs.
