Ten individuals have died and 230 rescued after a passenger ferry caught hearth within the sea off the southern Philippine province of Basilan.
9 individuals had been injured within the hearth that began on Wednesday night in air-conditioned cabins, southern Mindanao coast guard chief Commodore Rejard Marfe informed radio station DZMM.
