A 30-year-old man has been charged over a brutal assault of an adolescent on the Midvale Skate Park which left the sufferer needing surgical procedure to repair his damaged jaw.
Police say the 19-year-old man was on the skate park on Grey Drive testing out his new pit bike when he was approached by two “unknown males” who demanded he give them the bike.
