A Rex aircraft has been compelled to make an emergency touchdown at Melbourne airport.
In keeping with a Melbourne Airport spokesperson, an emergency was declared at about 11.15am on Tuesday.
“As per Melbourne Airport Emergency Plan, emergency companies have been activated and attended,” the spokesperson stated.

The aircraft was in a position to land safely, and all passengers disembarked.
“Emergency companies are actually within the means of standing down,” the spokesperson stated.
