Casuarina Jail’s juvenile unit is embroiled in mayhem after a younger detainee sparked a hearth inside a cell on Wednesday morning.
Within the second incident in 4 days, a juvenile detainee set fireplace to paper and books at about 10.30am, forcing an officer to extinguish the blaze.
