Paul Miller, 48, was aiming to lift cash for veterans when he collapsed whereas strolling Papua New Guinea‘s Kokoda Monitor, his household have revealed.
Miller, a former soldier from Adelaide, was on his second day of the trek along with his 17-year-old son when he collapsed.

Members of his group carried out CPR and he was flown to Port Moresby Common Hospital, however he died of a suspected coronary heart assault.
The Division of Overseas Affairs and Commerce confirmed the dying and stated consular help was being supplied to his household.
“We ship our deepest condolences to the household,” the division stated on Tuesday.
The Kokoda Monitor Authority has reportedly contacted the PNG police to start an investigation.
Miller’s household stated the daddy of 5 had served in East Timor and was aiming to lift cash for veteran assist by strolling the Monitor.
His accomplice, Amanda, wrote a tribute to him on Fb saying he was a passionate advocate for former servicemen and girls.
“Paul wore many hats. A father, accomplice, son, brother, uncle, mate and veteran,” she stated.
“He went out with a bang, doing one thing that he has all the time wished to do, Kokoda.”
