Shares in engineering group Downer EDI have dropped by greater than 2 % after the corporate was hit by a category motion for allegedly breaking its disclosure obligations.
Downer’s inventory value at 9.40am was down 2.1 per cent to $3.36 after the corporate alerted traders it had been hit with the lawsuit within the Federal Courtroom in New South Wales.
