The heartbroken household of a mom and two youngsters killed in a horror crash at Menangle Park have spoken of their grief after dropping “three lovely souls”.
Katrina Prahastono, 34 and her youngsters Kai, 2, and three-month-old Ivy have been touring within the family’s SUV when it collided with a cement truck on the Hume Motorway simply after 11am on Monday.
