Family member shares image of NBL star Harry Froling after alleged one-punch attack

The daddy of Harry Froling has launched a constructive well being replace after the NBL star was the victim of an alleged one-punch attack.

Shane Froling took to social media and posted a grotesque picture of Harry’s scar on his head, however stated his son is now out of hospital.

“Harrison Froling is out of hospital and recovering,” Shane wrote on Twitter.

“As a lot as we’d love to handle media and questions we’ll depart it till police proof is offered.

“He’s on the mend, thanks for the care and love despatched.”

Froling, who stands 210cm tall and weighs 123kg, was discovered unconscious on a footpath round 2am on Sunday, January 22 in Wollongong, hours after the Brisbane Bullets’ win over the Illawarra Hawks.

Within the days following the assault, a 19-year-old man handed himself in to the police over the incident that left Froling with a fractured cranium and a mind bleed.

NSW Police stated in an announcement on the time that their investigation suggests Froling was punched within the head and fell to the bottom.

The 24-year-old was being handled at Brisbane’s Princes Charles Hospital after initially discharging himself from Wollongong Hospital after the assault.

He was instantly dominated out for the rest of the NBL season after the incident.
