Female staff member at Melbourne clothing store in Wantirna South sexually assaulted

A feminine employees member at a clothes retailer in a shopping mall in Melbourne’s East has been sexually assaulted after asking a person if he wanted assist.

The person went into the shop in Wantirna South on Thursday December 15 and the employees member approached him at about 1pm.

She requested if he wanted any help and he responded.

After talking to the employee, the person then allegedly sexually assaulted her and left the shop.

On Tuesday, the police launched CCTV pictures of a person they imagine can help them with their enquiries.

He’s described as being of Indian sub-continental in look, aged in his 50s, about 152cms tall with darkish hair and darkish eyes.

On the time he was sporting a big blue coat, blue denims and brown runners.

The Sexual Offenses and Little one Abuse Investigation Group detectives are investigating the incident and anybody with data is urged to contact the police.
