A Victorian Justice of the Peace embroiled in an investigation about inappropriate remarks he made in direction of rape victims, allegedly sexually harassed a younger solicitor.
Richard Pithouse resigned on Friday and was stood down by the Judicial Fee of Victoria final month over a criticism made about his in-court habits final September.
