A young child has been hospitalized with severe head accidents after he was struck by e-scooter riders who fled the scene.
Police believe the alleged offenders are teenage boysand have made a public attraction for help.
The four-year-old male pedestrian was struck by an e-scooter carrying two riders in Springfield Central on Wednesday, April 5.

The incident passed off close to a restaurant eating precinct of main procuring advanced Orion Springfield Central on Fundamental St simply after 6.30pm.
“The riders had been thrown from the e-scooter and each fled the scene with out helping the boy,” Queensland Police report.
Because the pair fled the scene, one was working alongside the opposite, who rode the e-scooter in direction of the Lagoon and carpark space, police stated.
A number of bystanders stopped to assist the little boy, who was then transported to hospital with severe head accidents.
Detectives are interesting for the riders concerned to return ahead, and asking for any witnesses to return ahead, particularly a number of bystanders who stopped to assist the injured baby.
The riders are believed to be Caucasian teenage boys, one sporting a grey-hooded jumper with black pants and bum-bag throughout the chest, the opposite with an extended darkish sleeved shirt with white stripe element on the sleeves, with grey shorts and a darkish cap.
