Geologist Harold Frank Cornelius goes missing during mining exploration trip in remote WA region

Thriller surrounds the disappearance of a geologist who failed to return from a mining exploration journey in a remote area in WA.

Harold Frank Cornelius was deployed to an space in Lake Darlot, east of Leinster by way of Barwidgee Rd, on Sunday.

Authorities have been alerted at about 5pm when Cornelius didn’t return from the journey.

“Employees from the mine website have been deployed yesterday, with the assist of a mine website drone, to seek for him,” WA Police mentioned.

Cornelius, who works for gold mining firm Northern Star Assets, is believed to be driving a Toyota LandCruiser.
