A person has died after falling from a cliff at Gibraltar Fallsthe second loss of life on the widespread vacationer spot in per week.
ACT Police obtained studies {that a} 22-year-old man had fallen from the spot, situated about 46 km from Canberra, at about 5.25pm on Saturday.
Emergency providers had been referred to as to the scene and situated the person unconscious within the water.

He was unable to be revived and was pronounced lifeless on the scene.
Police at the moment are getting ready a report for the coroner.
The loss of life marks the second tragedy on the waterfall in per week.
Final Sunday, 19-year-old Thomas Livingstone also fell from the cliff and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 19-year-old was a pupil on the Australian Nationwide College and a member of the Sydney Rowing Membership.
“We had been saddened to listen to that our member Tom Livingstone died in an accident within the ACT final weekend. This can be a tragic occasion,” Sydney Rowing Membership President Keith Jameson instructed 7NEWS.com.au.
“Lots of our members and our coaches knew Tom effectively and are deeply affected by the information.”
Gibraltar Falls is a 50m waterfall close to Namadgi Nationwide Park.
Signage on the space warns of a “harmful cliff edge” and urges guests to stay to the trail.
The tragedy comes weeks after the ACT Parks and Conservation Service warned guests of the hazards of the favored waterfall spot.
“Only a reminder that it isn’t advisable to swim or stroll on Gibraltar Falls (regardless of what you might need heard from pals or on-line),” it mentioned. “Gibraltar Falls is a superb picnic spot with superb views from the lookout.
