Jeremy McGovern says West Coast Eagles have been working hard to address contested footy, fast ball movement

Vice-captain Jeremy McGovern has assured followers that West Coast have been “coaching their arses off” to quicken their ball motion and enhance their contested footy regardless of their lackluster season-opening effort.

The Eagles struggled to search out cohesive ball motion and had 37 fewer contested possessions – the worst differential of any membership throughout spherical one – of their loss to North Melbourne.
