A person has died after his teenage daughter grew to become caught in a rip off a Mid North Coast seaside this afternoon, NSW Police have confirmed.
About 3pm on Tuesday, emergency providers had been known as to Again Seashore, at Black Head, about 25km north of Forster, following reviews {that a} man had been pulled from the water unresponsive.
Police had been informed the 42-year-old man grew to become caught in a rip after going into the water to attempt to rescue his daughter.
A close-by surfer was capable of take the woman to shore then returned, taking the person – now unresponsive – to the seaside.

Members of the general public carried out CPR till NSW Ambulance paramedics arrived, however the man couldn’t be revived.
Officers connected to Manning/Nice Lakes Police District attended and have begun inquiries into the incident.
