A lady has died, one other is lacking and a person is in hospital after a horror boat accident south of Perth.
Police have been referred to as to Mandurah estuary about 10pm on Saturday after a ship with 4 folks on board struck a crimson put up marker.
Two ladies have been thrown into the water together with a 54-year-old girl who was recovered however couldn’t be revived and died on the scene, police confirmed on Sunday.

Emergency companies are looking for a 52-year-old girl who stays unaccounted for.
A 47-year-old man, believed to be the boat’s driver, was taken to hospital with critical accidents, whereas a 54-year-old man was unhurt.
Authorities looked for the lacking girl on Saturday evening and continued their efforts on Sunday morning.
Witnesses are requested to return ahead.
