New Zealand will stage a global fundraising attraction to assist its Cyclone Gabrielle restoration, and a one-off lotto draw on March 18.
Prime Minister Chris Hipkins stated the attraction was modeled off an analogous fundraising effort following the 2011 Christchurch earthquakes, which raised greater than $NZ94 million ($A86 million).
