NSW man faces murder charge after fatal dispute

A NSW man has been charged with homicide after a person critically injured throughout a dispute on the Darling Downs died in hospital.

Police will allege a 56-year-old man was critically wounded after being struck with a long-bladed weapon throughout the dispute at The Pines, close to Millmerran, on Sunday. (April 2)

The sufferer was taken to Toowoomba Base Hospital in a vital situation however has since died from his accidents.
