A person has been charged with the homicide of his aged mom after her physique was discovered at a house in Sydney’s west.
NSW Police had been known as to the property in Greendale, close to Liverpool, about 9.30am on Friday after a girl believed to be in her 70s was discovered inside.
Her son was arrested early on Saturday morning at a service station at West Ballina within the Northern Rivers area, a greater than seven-hour drive from Sydney.
The 41-year-old man was taken to Lismore Base Hospital for evaluation underneath police guard earlier than his switch to a psychological well being unit.
He was later charged with homicide and breaching an apprehended violence order after an investigation by Liverpool and Murder Squad detectives.
The person was refused bail to look in Lismore Native Court docket on Sunday.
The girl is but to be formally recognized.
