A girl has been arrested following a deadly brawl in Darwin in a single day which left one lady useless and one other critically injured.
A 28-year-old lady and a 33-year-old have been rushed to hospital on Tuesday night time after sustaining lacerations throughout an alleged group altercation on Mitchell Avenue close to the intersection of Nuttall Place at about 8:20pm.
The youthful lady later died whereas receiving care on the Royal Darwin Hospital whereas the opposite lady stays in a steady situation.
Detective Senior Sergeant Paul Morrissey stated a 31-year-old lady was in custody aiding the police with inquiries.
“Investigations are of their early phases as detectives work to know the circumstances of the assault.”
Police are urging anybody who witnessed the incident to make contact on 131 444.
