Queensland Police hunting for driver after Gold Coast hit and run injures two teenagers at corner of Benowa Rd and Lambros Drive in Benowa

A hunt is underway for a driver concerned in a hit-and-run that injured two youngsters on the Gold Coast.

Police mentioned a silver Mercedes-Benz was driving erratically close to the nook of Benowa Rd and Lambros Drive in Benowa about 8.30pm on Sunday night time.

The car then struck a lady and a boy – each aged 16 – who have been driving on e-scooters.

They have been each taken to hospital with minor accidents.
