A Queensland jury has been proven CCTV footage of a brawl over stolen chips that allegedly resulted in a person being fatally wounded.
Ricky Lefoe, 31, of Sydney has confronted the Supreme Court in Brisbane for the primary day of his trial after pleading not responsible to manslaughter over the loss of life of Brazilian nationwide Ivan Patricio Susin.

Susin, 29, died in hospital 10 days after he was allegedly punched by Lefoe about 1am on October 1, 2019, main him to hit his head on the bottom outdoors a kebab store on Orchid Avenue in Surfers Paradise.
Crown prosecutor Elizabeth Kelso stated Susin was ending an evening out with three mates within the early hours of a Tuesday morning when the streets had been nonetheless busy with athletes from the College Video games.

“(Lefoe) was out that night time along with his good friend Shaun Simpson. The 2 males didn’t know Ivan Susin and his mates … and had been absolute strangers till this second.”
Kelso stated Simpson took meals from Lodge and Thake’s laps and saved strolling, resulting in an alternate of phrases and Simpson turning again and bodily confronting the pair.
