4 teenage boys are in custody after a small Queensland city was rocked by a second taking pictures incident.
Police have been pressured to make an emergency declaration and lock down the middle of the Tara after pictures have been fired at a civilian automobile on Smallacombe Road at about 3:30pm on Wednesday.
