A West Australian man has admitted unlawfully killing his daughter in an assault inflicted on her when she was a toddler.
Terrence John Bice, 40, critically assaulted Teagan Jade Ferguson in 2005 when she was aged two.
The assault prompted Teagan to maintain a traumatic mind harm and develop power well being situations.

She entered palliative care in 2015 and died at Perth Kids’s Hospital in June 2020, aged 18.

The WA District Court docket heard Bice lifted Teagan up and threw her violently to the ground of their house within the northern Perth suburb of Wanneroo after being unable to cease her crying.
The toddler cracked her cranium and was knocked unconscious.
