WA beaches to be patrolled by new fleet of drones operated by Surf Life Saving WA

Surf Life Saving WA has secured 35 new flying units to patrol the state’s coast after a $400,000 grant from Lotterywest.

Fifteen golf equipment from Quinns Seaside to Albany and Esperance will get two every, with an extra 5 for use for coaching.

“What we’re mainly in search of is what you possibly can’t see from the seashore,” drone operator Craig Blake instructed 7NEWS.
