The proprietor of a dog that snapped and mauled a woman, leaving her without an ear, on a street in Melbourne‘s east has apologized over the “heartbreaking” assault.
The proprietor was placing onerous garbage outdoors her Bulleen house on Sunday evening, when the three-year-old Bull Arab cross ran outdoors and latched onto the lady’s neck.

Police say the sufferer, a nurse aged in her 60s, was strolling on the intersection of Manningham Rd and Carrathool St about 5.15pm when the animal attacked.
She suffered severe accidents, together with having her ear ripped off, and was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the place she stays in a steady situation.
