A lady has been stabbed at a McDonald’s restaurant in Sydney’s west.
Distressed employees and clients referred to as emergency companies to Minchinbury McDonalds on the Nice Western Freeway at round 12.30am on Sunday.

On arrival they discovered a 36-year-old girl who had suffered accidents to her palms and arms in addition to a minor head damage.
Paramedics reported the lady had allegedly been attacked with a knife and the accidents had been defensive wounds suffered when attempting to combat off the attacker.
She was taken to Westmead hospital in a secure situation.
The alleged offender had fled the scene earlier than the police arrived.
A criminal offense scene has been established and investigations are persevering with into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
