World’s tallest timber tower planned for Sydney by 2030

Sydney’s low workplace occupancy charges may get a much-needed enhance after a personal property developer gained the backing of funding specialist Merricks Capital to construct the world’s tallest hybrid timber tower within the coronary heart of the town.

The $2 billion partnership with Milligan Group will facilitate the development of a 55-storey blended use industrial tower on the nook of Pitt and Hunter Streets in central Sydney.
