A younger baby has been discovered lifeless after disappearing within the Northern Territory.
NT Police says the teenager was reported lacking to authorities on Friday afternoon, sparking a significant search and rescue response.
The kid was discovered lifeless afterward Friday, a brief distance from their house within the East Arnhem area.
Police are working with the household as investigations proceed.
