Three Queensland teenagers have been charged with murder following the demise of 75-year-old Robert Brown on Monday.
Police allege an 18-year-old man pushed him over whereas he was standing at a taxi rank on Margaret St in North Toowoomba on Monday, February 6.

The fees towards an 18-year-old Wilsonton man, a 17-year-old Dalby boy and a 17-year-old Harlaxton boy have been upgraded to homicide on Friday.
The 18-year-old Wilsonton man has been remanded in custody and can re-appear in Toowoomba Magistrates on Tuesday, March 28.
The 17-year-old boys have been remanded in custody and can seem within the Toowoomba Youngsters’s Courtroom at a later date.
