Australia’s weak consumer confidence boosts case for rate pause

Australia’s shopper confidence held close to a 30-year low as households fretted over mounting price of dwelling pressures and additional coverage tightening, bolstering the case for the Reserve Financial institution to carry rates of interest subsequent month.
