A physique present in bushland on NSW’s Central Coast is believed to be a lacking 78-year-old American vacationer.
Authorities discovered the physique on Saturday after an in depth multi-agency search involving police canines and rescue helicopters in bushland between Pearl Seaside and Patonga.
Police noticed the physique from the air and it was then retrieved by floor crews.
The physique, which has not been formally recognized, is believed to be a lacking girl in her late 70s who was visiting from the US.
Police have been notified of the lacking bushwalker on Friday night.
The search started instantly and the physique was discovered early on Saturday morning.
