Children found in car stopped at 170km/h

Certainly one of two automobiles allegedly clocked touring at 170km/h north of Adelaide was carrying two little one passengers, police say.

A person and a girl have each misplaced their license after being caught behind the wheel of the Ford sedan and Holden station wagon, which have been recorded exceeding the velocity restrict by 60km/h.

The autos have been pulled over about 7.30pm on Thursday on the Northern Expressway at Waterloo Nook.

The driving force of the sedan, a 24-year-old man from Modbury, and the 24-year-old lady from Munno Para driving the wagon, are recognized to one another, police say.

They have been issued with $1850 on the spot fines and had their licenses instantly suspended for six months.

The offenses additionally appeal to 9 demerit factors.

Police say the girl was driving along with her two kids on the time.
