An Aussie shopper has vented his frustration with Coles supermarket’s latest bakery product.

The shopper posted an image on Twitter of a number of packets of Coles Bakery Pancakes 5pk – pre-made pancakes packaged in plastic.

“Good work decreasing plastic waste @Coles,” he wrote within the tweet, tagging Coles to the put up.

Coles has dedicated to packaging all Personal Model merchandise in 100 per cent recyclable, reusable or compostable supplies by 2025, in an effort to scale back damaging environmental impacts.
