Floods kill 14 in Turkish earthquake-battered provinces

Floods brought on by torrential rains have hit two Turkish provinces that had been devastated by final month’s catastrophic earthquake, killing no less than 14 individuals and growing the distress for hundreds who had been left homeless, officers say.
