A person died and a girl was airlifted to hospital after a surprising two-car crash on Christmas Day Victoria’s Phillip Island.
The collision between a automotive and a van occurred on the intersection of Ventnor and Purple Rocks roads in Cowes at about 6.45pm on Sunday.
The person was a passenger within the automotive and died on the scene.

A girl was driving the automotive and she or he has been airlifted to hospital with unknown accidents.
There have been two individuals touring within the van, each believed to be of their 20s.
Neither was badly injured.
Victoria Police detectives have been on the scene in a single day.
Ventnor Rd is anticipated to be closed for a while whereas officers course of the scene.
