A mom has shared a ugly image of the harm her four-year-old daughter suffered after she went down a slide at a newly-built playground.
Megan Bellette mentioned her daughter was enjoying on a steel slide on the newly constructed Anzac Park all-abilities playground west of Devonport in Tasmania when the accident occurred.
