Race track owners sell service station business for $1.15 billion

The house owners of The Bend Motorsport Park, the Shahin household, have entered right into a take care of Viva Vitality to promote their service station empire for $1.15 billion.

Viva Vitality’s acquisition of OTR Group from the Shahin family-owned Peregrine Company, South Australia’s largest personal firm, opens the door to a retail community which generates over $three billion in annual income, using over 6000 individuals.
