Victorian practitioners lodged the very best variety of appeals (37) in tribunals about nationwide board choices prior to now yr, with Queensland based mostly professionals lodging the second highest quantity (21).

Of the 187 issues determined by a tribunal, greater than 98 p.c resulted in disciplinary motion for the well being care employee.

One practitioner was disqualified for seven and a half years after being discovered to have sexually assaulted a affected person.
