Union boss and estranged wife front court amid ‘plot to kill’ charges

Controversial union boss John Setka and his estranged spouse have confronted court docket after Emma Walters was charged over an alleged plot to kill him.

Mr Setka has denied allegations of home violence however in 2019 was convicted of harassing Walters and breaching the orders.

Ms Walters has been bailed to face Melbourne Magistrates’ Courtroom on April 5.
